In order to benefit from system advantages such as technical infrastructure, website, online portal, marketing activities and ongoing support, one-time as well as ongoing costs or fees occur. The total investment volume is from 80,000 EUR depending on the size of the location.
FRANCHISE LICENCE FEE
30.000 EUR
Your franchise licence comprises an exclusive area around your location. If you do not yet have a suitable property in sight, we support you in the acquisition process. We plan your location and integrate it into our infrastructure.
LOCATION CONSTRUCTION
150-200 EUR per m²
The total investment for the construction of a location includes costs for possible renovation work, installation of storage cabins, exterior foiling, as well as installation of locking system, video surveillance and smart sensors.
OPENING MARKETING
150 EUR per cabin
Depending on the size of the location, we define the budget for a tailor-made opening campaign. Storebox takes over the planning, implementation and optimisation of all offline and online activities.

Ongoing franchise fees

The IT fee is charged to ensure smooth operation and development of technical processes.

To become a franchisee, you do not need your own property.
Our real estate experts will support you in finding a suitable property and evaluating location, sales potential, investment requirements and monthly costs.
To ensure fairness between franchisees, Storebox guarantees an exclusive territory for every license. This allows to establish multiple locations in the same region without direct competition.
