So how do you get your first Storebox?

We divide the path to opening your own Storebox into two phases:

Advice, support & financing

In phase 1 – before the location is opened – our team will answer any questions about our franchise system. We explain exactly which financial aspects have to be considered and which investment volume is required for setting up a Storebox. If you would like to finance your Storebox with borrowed capital, we will support you in checking financing options.

Contract signing & territory protection

In this phase, the partnership is officially initiated by signing the contract. Before signing the contract, we will complete a pre-contractual clarification with you in order to inform you about all future tasks and obligations of the individual contractual partners.

Property search, planning & development

Once you are our franchise partner, we will then set about finding a suitable property and also work on setting up your own Storebox branch. Having opened over 100 locations, one of our core competencies is to identify a suitable property in your region and to create a suitable and realistic business plan with you. Together with our suppliers, we plan the installation of all fittings for you and at the same time coordinate any renovation work that may be required.

Automation & development

Tasks such as billing and automatic sending of access codes are carried out fully automatically thanks to our Storebox online portal. The aim of every line of code written, every feature implemented and every new product always is to create added value for customers and franchise partners.

Marketing & sales

The Storebox team will handle both Storebox’s general brand awareness as well as the targeted optimisation of occupancy for each individual location. Our various online and offline marketing activities not only support Storebox as a brand, but also you as a franchise partner in achieving full occupancy. Early communication and promotion of the location thus has the highest priority, especially when opening new locations. The booking process is completed online by customers in a fully automated process. If your customers have any questions or concerns, our “Customer Happiness and Care” department is available at all times so that enquiries can be dealt with quickly and carefully.

Advice & support

We are of course also on hand to provide our franchise partners with advice and support during day-to-day operations. For this purpose, you will be assigned a personal mentor from the Storebox team who will continuously accompany and support you. This also gives you a direct line to all teams within Storebox – regardless of whether it is about marketing or the development of a property.
